Becoming A Member
The Tri-State Chapter was granted a charter from
the international board effective 01-10-90. We cover the wester
half of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Western New York, and Western
Maryland. You must be enrolled as an international member to join.
Dues are $10 per year, which entitles the member to four issues
of The Livery (the chapter newsletter), voting privileges, and attendance
